How do I know I'll be happy with the portrait illustration?

If you like the picture you send and you like the illustration "style" shown on the sample cards, you should love your illustration.

Bear in mind that the illustration is based very closely on the photo provided. A bad hair day in the photo will still be a bad hair day in the illustration so make sure to send a picture that you like.

It hasn't happened yet, but if, for some reason you don't like the illustration, and we can't correct it to your satisfaction we will refund your entire purchase price.

How long does it take to receive my cards?
You can expect a proof of the card front and back within 5 business days from the time we have your content information and your photo. Once approved, cards are printed within 3 days and UPS ground delivery takes an average of 4-5 business days.

Can I get a company logo on the card?

Yes. You will need to provide the logo in a high resolution format preferably with a transparent background. We accept PSD, EPS, TIF, JPEG files. Typically you can get these logo files from your corporate marketing department, the graphic designer of your logo or the company who prints your business cards.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. We will ship anywhere that UPS delivers. Provide us with a complete address and we can advise the additional shipping charge. You may want to consider the art file purchase option (below) and then have your cards printed locally.

Can I purchase the art files without the physical cards?

Yes. Art files only are $149.

Can I contact you to discuss a card concept I've come up with that is a departure from your current offering?

Certainly. We love to develop new designs.
